- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
- 1 cup buffalo or hot sauce
Preheat oven to 450°.
In a bowl, combine and stir almond milk, flour, and garlic powder.
Roll the cauliflower in the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 15-18 minutes.
Pull the cauliflower out of the oven and cover with your favorite buffalo or hot sauce. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
