Asparagus with Polenta

Ingredients

  • White asparagus

    2 Onions

    2-3 Green chillies

    4 Garlic cloves

    1 Tomato

    3 Capsicums

    250 gms Butter

    2 Dried red chillies

    2 tsp. jeera

    1 tsp. dhaniya seeds

    1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

    1/2 tsp. red chilli powder

    Bowl of polenta

    250 ml. Milk

    1 Tbsp. Cooking oil

    1 tsp. Paanch phoren

Method

Put some butter in pan, sauté together jeera, dried red chillies, onions, garlic, capsicum, tomatoes and green chillies.

Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and a bowl of polenta to it.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté asparagus with paanch phoren.

Serve polenta with asparagus garnished with coriander leaves.
